5 Qualities Required for Completing an Apprenticeship
An apprenticeship qualification stands you out from the crowd as a candidate for present and future career opportunities. Perhaps your decision to commence with your apprenticeship is to improve your job prospects within the organisation or sector where you work at present. Or it may be for supporting your career aspirations. Whatever, your choice, completing your apprenticeship will certainly give you that edge.
Having said this, an apprenticeship requires a commitment from you, and will test several of your skills. Most apprenticeships today, especially if studying at Level 3 or above will take you 24 months minimum to complete.
Your apprenticeship is designed to assess and develop among other things, the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required for the role that you are seeking to work in or are presently employed.
However, there are other essential skills which you will need to possess or develop while on your apprenticeship. These five qualities are required in helping you to complete your training:
