    Job Placement Summary

    The key duties of this post are to:

    • Check, validate and upload data to the company’s database systems in accordance with funding guideline and internal processes.
    • Provide filing duties following submissions of monthly claims.
    • Provide administration duties to support internal and external audits.
    • Work in accordance with the company’s filing operations
    • Support the archiving of evidence records in accordance with the companies processes.
    • Monitor claims admin mailbox daily.
    • To provide a reception supportive role during busy periods and daily lunch cover – this will involve providing a high level of customer service to clients over the phone and in person.
    • Have a proactive approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude.
    • To liaise with senior managers on a regular basis so must be a confident communicator.
    • Carry out effectively the day-to-day administrative tasks assigned by line manager and divisional head.

    Essential skills, experience and qualifications:

    You will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service to our learners and employers. Specifically, you will:

    • Take enquiries
    • Answer emails
    • Handle complaints
    • Provide support including web based support
    • Carry our customer satisfaction surveys
    • Provide content for newsletters
    • Mentoring young people on our programmes if needed

    • Provide mentoring on a one to one basis
    • Work with other tutors to support learners with additional support needs

    Essential skills, experience and qualifications:


    • This role would suit someone who is interested in developing skills in others and could be an opportunity to start a career in teaching if desired.

    • To help with petty cash and reconciliations
    • To provide finance reports to the Director

    The key duties of this post are to:

    • Understand our network and IT systems.
    • Provide day to day support to staff remotely on a range of technical issues.
    • Repurpose IT hardware.
    • Train staff.
    • Create new accounts.
    • Ensure networks are safe.
    • Managing user access and accounts.
    • Will also upkeep all network documentation and ISO related maintenance records.
    • To ensure that the system is accessible, protected, and secure.
    • This includes the creation and regular review of a Business Continuity Plan and Disaster
    • Recovery Plan documents.
    • To ensure that the ITC department (offices, server room, equipment) are always kept in order and in a presentable state.
    • Undertake maintenance, upgrades and escalating issues to third party support where necessary.
    • Carry out all network administration including daily virus and security checks.

    • Very good IT skills – hardware and software.
    • Good communication and presentation skills to explain processes, identify and resolve issues and learn to maintain a working office infrastructure.

    The key duties of this post are to:

    • Using existing contact lists calling and emailing customers regarding new products and services including air source heat pumps and boilers.
    • Using new contact lists calling and emailing customers to introduce the company and our high-quality services to market new products and services.
    • Potentially using social media to advertise products and services and success stories.
    • When CV19 restrictions are relaxed visit businesses to provide information regarding our products and services using existing marketing materials.
    • Provide general assistance in the day to day running of the office such as answering the telephone, responding to emails and enquiries, filing and general office duties.
